Well another amazing day, you would expect that in the darkest depths of winter the car show scene would we quite !!
But not today at our monthly Breakfast Gathering at BP Eastlink.
With over 100 plus cars in attendance, there was a car there for all to lust over.
This month saw a big turnout of Chevelles and Mopars including the Australian variety the trusty Valiant. Also later in the morning some good old Panel Vans turned out.
Thanks for your support, without YOU these events wouldn’t happen ~ See you all next month.
Here’s a few photos of this morning.
Catch you

WOW!!!! As the boys have said a great way to start a Sunday.
I just had a look back at an Upcoming events a post from November last year when I first suggested the Sunday Breakfast, Gio jumped in to help me and that first one was the 16th Dec at a little café on North Rd in Brighton it was pretty low key, a dozen guys from this Forum on a cold and wet Sunday morning,
I guess we knew it would take off eventually and Sunday certainly proved that, The change of Venue to the BP has certainly helped it along as well as plenty of promotional work with other car Forums by Gio & myself, at one stage around 9:30 I counted 107 cars and they were still flowing in, even as some started leaving around 10am more were coming to take their place. It was great to meet up with Vic and James again, and just talk to so many nice guys about their great cars. Although their was some sensational cars their my choice was believe it or not a 39 Holden yep hat's right a 39 Holden Sloper. Bullshit I hear you say, The first Holden was made in 1948, Before Holden started building cars they were a coach builder and they purchased from Chevrolet the front section of the Chev 39 sedan and Holden fabricated everything from the windscreen back as a sloper body, I had a long chat to the owner and it's a great story. he found it in a barn in Pakenham, It had been restored several years ago it was still in pretty good condition, Dave has just added the wheels and tyres. It still has the original straight 6 almost identical to the Grey motor and with a 3sp column shit. Great Car. Dave also owns a 2012 Selby Mustang and is now a member of Jets Car Club
