In NZ they started arriving about 1987 - if it is 2nd hand cars from Japan that you're talking about.

But we had new Jap cars in from the 60's

Jerry,

Toyota first started using cars through Thiess Brothers in 1958 on the Snowy Mountain Scheme then they started to sell Landcruiser in 1959


Yes, a 20 year veteran with Toyota.
