50's and 60's music come back

Post  usa6t4 on Tue May 01, 2012 8:56 pm

Hi Guys, Chris here (USA6T4), thought I'd share a little known secret of a radio station right here in good old Melbourne... PBS 106.7 fm-2nd top station on the dial under JJJ. Tomorrow is Roots Wednesday. Starting withRoots of Rythm at 9am for 2 hours, then the Malt shop hop at 11am for 2 hours, then Jumpin' the blues at 1 pm for 2 hours, then Soul time at 3 pm for 2 hours. The best day of all sorts of rock and roll every wednesday. You can also stream it on the 'puter at www.pbsfm.org.au. The DJ's are all volunteers who have their own fantastic music collections. If you love it enough and want to keep this musc ststion alive you can donate or become a member as I have to the Its a gas program at 3pm on Tuesday. I hope you guys get on to it and enjoy. Chris

WOW!! Thanks Chris
Sounds great, I have 977 streaming at work everyday, looks like I better give this one a go, support the local product, that format sounds cool.
