Hi Guys
Linda & I have just come back from Tassie been down at mum & dads for nearly a month we both split from our boyfriends so we decided to get away. we used dads 65 convertible when we were there it was a blast loved cruising in it. Everybody was calling us Thelma & Louise even had a Cop hitting on us (sleezebag)we both started back at work monday gotta make some money to do work on our cars. Damn things keep you poor
Where can i get my front end overhauled (I'm talking about the car boys) it needs front brakes done and new rubber bushes oh it's a 65 Mustang
Linda needs a Transmission cooler fitted on her 65 stang any ideas for both jobs.
Hi dave i just got your PM on sunday when i got back about car of the month sorry you can do me next month (OOPS that doesnt sound right) you know what i mean. starting to get some really cool cars on here i couldnt belive those photos of car shows from America that carps posted wow some beautifull cars there and great reading i spent ages going thru those posts very very good i wish we'd taken in more shows while we were there ilove the Galaxie wagon on here as well very cool
I got a very sad phone call while we were in Tassie from Chuck (California Kid) he told me that Jerry (Sacramento Kid) passed away from a heart attack Chuck asked me to let this Forum know It's really sad he was a great guy we had a ball when we stayed with them he was only 56 a really nice man

How's the Mustang going did you take it to Tassies Grant rang your folks and your mum said she hadn't seen you and you weren't in Tassie. when are we going to catchup . Jeff

Hi Suzie
Any friend of Jeff's is a friend of mine, so you're single, well you lucky lady so am I, I guess you wont remember me you delivered some parts to my mates shop in Cranbourne Duggan Panels I helped you unload. I can help you with that front end problem if you want, you get the parts i'll do the work, If that Stang looks half as good as it's owner it must be a beautifull car.

Jeff says you live in Berwick so do I we should meet up for a Coffee maybe go to the Breakfast on Sunday and we can have a chat.
I also know your Ex Grant I'm the bloke who gave him a black eye a few months back as Jeff said youre better off without that loser, now me on the other hand that's a whole different story looking forward to catching up on sunday I'll be in a black 59 caddy with a mate unfortunately my Chev is off the road

Hi Again Guys
Cool Cruzer, I dont remember you and by the tone of you're post i dont think I'd want to know you.
You're probbably correct about Grant being a loser that's partly why I dumped him and the fact that he's always drunk and because he chases anything in a short skirt. Sounds like you came from the same mold. thanks for the offer of Coffee but I'll pass. If we do see you Sunday please keep your distance.

I've got a repair shop doing my front end next week so not sure if i'll be at the breakfast on Sunday although Linda and I both want to support this Forum and all the great work Dave has done, Bob says hi Dave. so we might come in her Mustang, I'll talk to her when she gets home from work Tonight. Ok guys enough please.

Cruzer I think you need to learn a little respect mate, Suzie and Linda have been members of this Forum for quite some time like you and I they come here to get a car fix, not be singled out because they are females, if you wanna pick up ladies try an over 28's bar, you are well over 60 she's young enough to be your daughter. How about you just come here to talk cars and forget about the smut talk. I dont like to ban people, having said that I've done it before and will do it again.
And if you are coming to Cars & Coffee tomorrow Morning same thing applies. Dave

as purely an observer and happy a married man can i make a suggestion if you don't want to attract unwanted attention i would not advertise your relationship status an definitely lay of the innuendos quote ['[ Where can i get my front end overhauled (I'm talking about the car boys) ]] [[you can do me next month (OOPS that doesn't sound right) you know what i mean. ]] and the topic[[ i saw the map of tassie]] . cool cruzer never said any thing untoward in his post i think your comments to him are unfair

Hi everyone,
I owe you all an apology, especially Sue for my behaviour,

Dave sent me a PM and i've been hiding out feeling bad about what happened. I tend to have a few drinks and then shoot my mouth off, I've sent Sue an apology by PM and she responded so I hope we are all cool. Dave is right I'm old enough to be Sue's dad and should know better. Sorry to all.

Firstly I need to apologise to Cool Cruiser and all members as 65Birdman has said my post was inappropriate and I carried on about Cool Crusers behaviour and yet It was my post that conveyed the wrong message and led him to respond as he did. I really am sorry to all, I dont usually carry on lik a hussy I'm a single mum and should know better again i apologise for my behaviour

Well done Guys, It's good to see this matter finally resolved, I think both parties might have learnt something from all of this.
As a wise man (Kiwibird) said lets get back to having some fun.
