Rock & Roll Dancing Lessons Embarassed

Problem is, the only one that has been reconmended is in Lilydale > No problem, but it's on a Monday night which clashes with Thunderbird Car Club Meeting.

Is anyone aware of another dance school that teach Rock & Roll dancing in Melbourne

Please Help Very Happy Very Happy

Rock & Roll Lessons ~ Melbourne Empty Rock and roll lessons

Post  usa6t4 Mon Jun 18, 2012 10:39 pm

Hey Gio, Allison and I have been dancing for 6 years, and this is what led us to buy a car. At one point we were going to rock and roll lessons twice a week and dancing at some venue one other night. It seemed that wherever we went there were Classic cars, and one day we looked at each other and said that we had to have one. So we could really walk the walk. We believe that the best times we have is when the cars and the rock and roll or Rockabilly music are mixed. There's a great feeling when you get dressed up in your Rock and Roll gear, get into your American car and go somewhere to listen to good music.
The closest lessons I know to you would be Adrian's at the Whitehorse Club (Burwood)on a Wednesday(I think), never been there myself. Or Jonathon Hammond's on the corner of Springvale and Waverley Rds. On a Tuesday night. We went to his classes when he was at the Oakleigh RSL. A great teacher and the Victorian Champ. And the last one is Debbie Krause at the Dandenong RSL on a Sunday Arvo at 4 pm. We went to her Classes for a couple of years. I hope you and Melissa stick to it through the first month or so till starts to click and it will. you'll have a ball. Chris
